Terms and conditions. What's the difference between printing rights and copyrights?

All our sessions include full printing rights to all edited images. You can print them for personal use, post them on social media, and share them with family and friends.

What you cannot do is – alter, edit or crop the images in any way, enter competitions for money, or sell them. Copyright means that you are the author of the work you produce and have ownership over the things you create. So, in this case, the author of the photos would be the photographer..

Before you book a session

We’ll text, meet or have a video call to go through all the details and sign a contract. We’d love to know more about you so we can better capture your story. We will also help with all the preparations you’ll need for shooting.

During the day of the session

We’ll arrive prior to the location to scout for good places and to make a setup if previously agreed. We can also take a break if needed during the photoshoot.

Three weeks after the session

Usually, we deliver a full online gallery three weeks after the session. We will send you all good edited photos and will invite you to view your personal online gallery to choose your photo collection. The gallery will be online for 2 months! You can purchase the rest of the gallery images at additional prices.

All photo sessions include high-resolution images with photographer’s signature look. You’ll also get printing rights to final images.

The cakes are selected and created individually, depending on

the preferences of the client. The cost depends on type, cream,

weight, ingredients, decor and complexity.
